The ‘LITTLE LAWN’The dramatic ‘Little Lawn’ is perfectly poised overlooking our beautiful bay and with uninterrupted views of Koh Matlang. The Little Lawn is the ideal venue for an intimate and very private wedding, dinner party or sunset cocktail reception. | Villa 22 has the largest land area of any Samujana villa at a very generous 2,700 sq.m as it was originally planned to be two villas. The villa comes complete with a large infinity pool, six huge bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and two kitchens. There is abundant space for any celebration or event , yet the villa has been cleverly designed over just two levels. This villa offers a private gym, private cinema, games room and even its own spa.

| Between 12:00 am – 2:00 am, an after-party can take place at a villa rented by the wedding couple with a use of a villa sound system (no DJ or a Band after 12:00 am). If you are interested in holding an after- party at your villa with all your guests, your wedding planner must be informed and additional staffing / beverage must be arranged. At midnight all guests who are not staying at Samujana must leave including all vendors.
All food and beverage must be served in cans or plastic glasses. Live music, DJs and/or amplifed music may be permitted until 12am. Internal villa music is permitted after 12am at a reasonable volume which does not disturb any other villas. Extra charges may apply for staffing, including overtime. Samujana will not be responsible for any personal belongings. Samujana reserves the right to charge guests for any damage and/or loss to the premises. |
