Villa 1 is a five-bedroom hillside retreat that combines expansive living with panoramic views of Koh Samui’s north-eastern coastline. Elevated above the shoreline, it offers seclusion and comfort while keeping Choeng Mon and Chaweng’s beaches, dining, and nightlife within easy reach. The villa’s centrepiece is its L-shaped infinity pool, long enough for laps and perfectly positioned to frame the horizon.
Expansive terraces and shaded outdoor pavilions surround the pool, creating spaces for sunbathing, lounging, or enjoying barbecues in the outdoor sala. Landscaped gardens complete the scene, softening the villa’s striking architecture. Villa 1 is designed for both comfort and entertainment.
Three different lounge areas include a private cinema with projector and surround sound, TV lounges, and a quiet office space. The open-plan design allows guests to gather in groups or retreat into smaller corners for downtime. Each of the five ensuite bedrooms is a private sanctuary, featuring king-sized beds, oversized bathtubs or rain showers, and direct views of the ocean.
The layout provides flexibility, sleeping up to 10 adults with additional options for children.
