In-Villa Dining Menu. Menus are available in your villa and you can place your order with your Villa Manager. Food is prepared on site and cooked in your villa — please allow approximately one hour for preparation. In-villa dining is available from 10am to 10pm daily.
Thai Discovery Dinner. Begin your journey through Thailand by taste — a family-sharing menu of Green Papaya Salad (Som Tum), Hot and Sour Prawn Soup (Tom Yum Goong), Massaman Curry with beef or chicken, Stir-fried Vegetables with oyster sauce (Pad Pak Ruammit) and Mango with sticky rice and a seasonal fruit platter to finish.
Vegetarian Menu. For those seeking lighter fare, our selection of vegetable-centric entrees offers a symphony of tastes and textures.
BBQ. Your villa is the perfect setting for entertaining friends and family — book our private Thai chefs to handle the grill, or fire it up yourself.
Private Chef. Enjoy the culinary expertise of a private chef creating delicious meals in your villa kitchen. Please inform your Guest Experience Manager at least 48 hours in advance.
Cooking Classes. Thai food is one of the world's most exciting cuisines — delicately balancing sweet, salty and sour with the fiery spice of Thai chillies. Master the dishes you love with our chefs and take home the recipes for friends and family. 24 hours' notice required; minimum of 2 guests.
In-Villa Wine Selection. A curated selection of easy-drinking wines is stocked in your villa for dinner, sunset or any moment in between. Your Villa Manager will restock daily and consumed bottles are charged to your villa account. Full wine list and special bottles available on request.
In-Villa Snacks & Beverages. A fully stocked mini-bar and snack selection is available in each villa — soft drinks, beers, sparkling and still waters, ice creams, nuts, chips and a selection of sweets.
