Acceptance

By accessing samujana.com or making a reservation with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 pm. Extra beds, additional guests, and special requests may incur additional charges as quoted at the time of booking. No-shows will be charged the full stay.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary by rate plan and season and will be confirmed in writing with your booking. Please review them carefully before paying any deposit.

Guest conduct

Guests are expected to respect the privacy of other villas, the property, and our staff. Samujana reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund where conduct endangers persons, property, or the enjoyment of other guests.

Website use

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Samujana or its licensors and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Samujana is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from your stay, except where caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
